The Neighbourhood kicks off Block Party season with the 2nd Annual upper Larner & Corporal Jamie Murphy Streets Summer Block Party, scheduled for Sunday, July 13th.

Having noticed the success of other areas in the neighbourhood that were having parties localized to individual streets, these streets have decided to do follow suit. The goal is to provide neighbours with the opportunity to celebrate together as a community. Many events have been organized for the young and not so young alike including a bouncer, cotton candy, live music, games, races, and other activities. The party sets up at 1pm and runs from 2-7pm.

There will be a public meeting held to discuss park development in the Stick Pond Brook area of Clovelly Trails subdivision.
